1. Services Provided

GlobalGate specializes in providing:

• Immigration and visa assistance
• Job placements abroad
• Study abroad guidance
• Travel arrangements and logistics support

We provide advice, documentation support, and application assistance. Final approval of visas, job placements, or admissions is subject to the respective authorities.

2. Payments

• All fees for services must be paid as agreed before the commencement of work.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile money, or other accepted methods.
• Service fees are separate from official application, visa, or program costs, which the client must also cover.

3. Refunds

• Visa/Service Refunds: Service fees are non-refundable once the application process has begun.
• Refunds for applications that do not proceed due to client cancellation may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• If any third-party payments (e.g., visa fees, insurance) are canceled or refunded, the amount will be returned to the client after deduction of any administrative costs.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate and complete information.
• Clients must submit all necessary documents requested by GlobalGate in a timely manner.
• Clients are responsible for checking visa, job, or admission eligibility criteria and deadlines.

5. Limitation of Liability

• GlobalGate is not responsible for any visa denials, job rejection, or admission refusal.
• We do not guarantee success of applications, but will provide professional guidance and support.

6. Communication

• Clients will be contacted through the provided email, phone, or WhatsApp.
• GlobalGate is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or unreachable contact details.

7. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
• Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, Kenyan courts.
